Important Note: Require Ensuring the Readiness:
- Server and all client systems are working properly.
- The exam clients are installed on all systems and functioning correctly.
- OES software is installed on the server machine and working properly.
- The mock/practice test is conducted on all systems.
- Windows and MS Office are activated and functioning properly. (Require to ensure that only one recommended MS-Office is in the client machine)

- Power backup and CCTV cameras are working correctly.
- All Client Machines should be connected through LAN networking (Don’t connect through WiFi)
- Only One Internet Connections should be there to the Server Machine
- Windows Defender and Firewalls should be Off on Server Machine
- Change User Account Control Setting apply as Never Notify
- Require an active Internet Connection on Server Machine (with Minimum 10Mbps Speed)
- Please note that the final examination of the learners in the Kushal Yuva Program will be done in predetermined Exam Slot. Each Exam Slot will be of 2 hours and in One Exam Slot, Examination of only 20 or 30 scheduled learners will be possible based on the approved intake capacity of the center.
- If the learner is unable to appear in the scheduled slot for examination by any reason, then they will be considered as absent in that particular exam attempt. No Exam rescheduling will be allowed for such learners.
Require Ensuring the Date, Time, Time Zone Setting, and Accurate Time Clock Synchronization on Server Machine.
Apply the following settings on Server and Client Machines and also, ensure that the Server Time is accurately synchronized with the current time zone.

Important Points Regarding Exam Slot Table Actions:
- Exam will be conducted in above mentioned timing only. There will be Three Slot in a Day and exam will be conducted in the mentioned time for each Slot. After completion of Every Exam Slot, SDC again need to Synchronize the Exam Data from OES to conduct the Exam of Remaining Learner.
- Attendance Marking on ERA: It is mandatory to mark the attendance on ERA Framework before the Exam Slot time within the above mentioned schedule time in the Exam Slot Table as without Attendance exam will not start.
- Exam Data Synchronization on OES Exam Software (Admin Login): 1) It is mandatory to synchronize the Exam Event before the each slot within the above mentioned schedule time in the Exam Slot Table. 2) It is mandatory to synchronize the Exam Event on OES immediate after end of each slot within the above mentioned schedule time in the Exam Slot Table.
- Exam Data Upload on OES Exam Software (Admin Login): Exam Data requires to be uploaded after each slot. For this, Exam Event Synchronization is mandatory to successful Uploading the Exam completed Data after every slot within the above mentioned schedule time in the Exam Slot Table otherwise successful marks transfer will not happen. It will impact on the Result.
- Exam will be of Two Hour and should start at mentioned Time only. If any Learner start the exam after the mentioned time i.e. If Exam is Started at 09.10 AM then Exam will close on 11.00 AM, timing will not be extended in any case.
- It is mandatory to end the Exam after completion of Exam from Learner Login and it is the responsibility of LF to check whether Learner has ended the exam or not. If a learner fails to do so then SDC needs to close exam the from OES Login after completion of exam of all learner at SDC.
- Internet need to be connected for next 24 hrs. after completion of Exam.
Uploaded Exam Data Verification and Certification on Exam Monitoring Dashboard
Exam Monitoring Dashboard Certification: It is mandatory to verify the allocated and uploaded Examination Data on EMD and certifying it your end after the successful completion of the examination of all the hall ticket generated learners for the respective exam event. Process manual has been given in the above guideline documents.
If SDC failed to certify exam event data after the exam event completion (date of uploading & Certifying is mentioned hereinabove) then SDC may face the result failure for the exam completed learner and BSDM will be free to take any kind of action. Important Note regarding New Eligibility and Examination Attempts
- New Eligibility Criteria from November-2018 Batch. Only those candidates who will score “8” Internal Marks in Classroom & “36” Marks in Lab Room or above Internal Marks and have completed 80% sessions per course on or before above cut-off date will be considered eligible for appearing in Final Examination. Learner need to score separate “8” Marks in KYP Final Exam. Minimum Aggregate Passing will be 60% (Internal and Final Assessment).
- 2nd Reexam attempt will be provided to Learner who remained Absent, Failed or Non-Eligible in Fresh Exam Attempt. Absent & Failed Candidate need to attempt the Exam again to score 60% Aggregate. Non-Eligible Learner for Fresh Exam Attempt can continue learning till 02nd Reexam Attempt cut-off date.
- 3rd Reexam attempt will be provided to Learner who remained Absent, Failed or Non-Eligible in 2nd Reexam Attempt. Absent & Failed Candidate need to attempt the Exam again to score 60% Aggregate. Non-Eligible Learner for 02nd Exam Attempt can continue learning till 03rd Reexam Attempt cut-off date.
- Uploading the Exam Data on the same day of Examination is mandatory.
Hall Tickets Generated List of Eligible Learners:
Complete the Learning before cut-off date 20th May 2025 till 06.00 PM. Learning after 20th May 2025 till 06.00 PM will not be considered for Hall Ticket of 29th & 30th May 2025 Exam Event.

Exam Slot Wise List of Eligible & Hall Ticket Generated Learners:
Please note that the final examination of the learners in the Kushal Yuva Program will be done in pre-determined Exam Slot. Each Exam Slot will be of 2 hours and in one Slot, Examination of only 18 or 27 scheduled learners will be 90% of total Lab Client Machines as per available intake.

Mock/Practice Test for System Readiness and Learners
Conducting Mock/Practice Test for System readiness and all the learner is Mandatory before the 27th of May 2025 to avoid inconvenience the system readiness and also, mandatory to upload the Mock test data from OES Admin Login.
